I found the buffet embraced Filipino culture, showcasing local cuisines for tourists. Access to Newport Mall was so easy, and other entertainment places were near. The hotel is beautiful. My room was amazing and comfortable. I was like the owner because every staff member cared for my stay.

I received an early check-in. It really helped after a long flight. The staff displayed warmth and courtesy. I felt very welcomed. The location is convenient. I found it easy to access nearby amenities and attractions. I also appreciated the proximity to the Newport Mall. It provided convenient access to dining and shopping.

The coffee in the suite was a bit generic.

The staff provided tremendous service. They were really nice! The food and drinks offered in the Executive Lounge were great. Check-in was easy and I found the Filipino spread astounding with a place dedicated for vinegar. I enjoyed freshly baked pandesal. It began my day well.

The hotel location are convenient for airport access. It was about a five-minute walk to the T3 runway. A short ride with Grab was available to other terminals. The room have adequate size and a comfortable, big bed. I find the bathroom was well appointed, as well.

I noticed the gym lacks more variety in weight training equipment.
